At J Sports Rehabilitation, LLC (JSR) we focus on individualized 1 on 1 physical therapy that utilizes extensive movement screenings and joint by joint assessments to determine the ROOT cause of pain. We don't chase pain, we methodically determine the ACTUAL cause of the pain.

Whether your goal is to return to a sport, or to be able to get through a work day without pain, we are here to help! Our goal is to get you better quickly through manual therapy and exercises targeted towards your specific limitations. Being a cash-based practice, we don't have to worry about satisfying insurance requirements. Meaning, you will never have to worry about being 1 out of 4 patients, constantly switching between different therapists. At JSR, we promise that our patients will have ONE on ONE therapy with highly experienced physical therapists.

Our Philosophy

Let’s not just fix your current problem, but let’s look to the future: Our approach focuses on addressing muscular imbalances, mobility restrictions, and strength deficits to not only get you out of your current pain but to reduce future risk for injury

Full Body Movement Screening: Picking up your child off of the ground, hitting or throwing a baseball, jogging, and most movements in life require the whole body to perform the movement, so we need to look at your movement competency as a whole when determining contributors to pain.

Collaborative Care is Key: At JSR, our focus is to ensure strong communication between our therapist and your personal trainer. We don’t want to restrict you from doing what you love doing so if we can find a way to modify around your injury we will. Pertinent findings will be provided to your trainer so we can utilize a team approach to get you better.
