“ I sustained a fairly serious ankle injury about a year and a half ago, causing limited mobility and pain through normal movements. I worked with a PT in Orlando originally, then when I went to college I worked with my athletic training staff. After working with them for over 8 months, they had not improved my mobility nor had they even figured out what was causing the pain. They referred me to a top orthopaedic in Boston who said my only course of action was surgery. Being against surgery, I had seen and heard of the many people that have worked with Rachel and had miracles done for them (removing years of pain, fixing imbalances, rehabbing, etc.) and decided that I would give physical therapy one more go before deciding that the only course of action was surgery. In less than 20 minutes in our first session, Rachel had not only identified several issues that were causing my pain and limited mobility, she had found remedies for all of them through PT. By the end of the first session, she had figured out how to remove the pain, and had given me exercises that actually benefited me, rather than putting me through a standard PT course. By the end of 6 weeks, I had near perfect mobility, no pain (something I will be eternally grateful for), and am able to perform similarly to how I did pre-injury. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me finally recover from pain I've had since the injury. Furthermore, Rachel works with you at your own pace, facing setbacks with you to work through them, something that is hard to find. Everything is 1-on-1, she notices how you do every exercise to determine if there are other issues you might have that could contribute to your ailment. If I had to say in one word why you should work with her, it would be care. Rachel cares about what she does, she's passionate, and genuinely knowledgeable, three traits that are VERY hard to find in the PT world. So save yourself some time (and a lot of money) by working with her than going through the standard, ineffective PT mill"
